Office Hours
In order to best utilize our staff, we will be reducing our evening hours Monday through Thursday. Our clinic will be open Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
For your convenience, we will continue to offer a weekend clinic on the 2nd and 4th Saturdays of each month from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM. Phones will remain available from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM every Saturday for scheduling and triage support.

From the South:
- Go north on I-35/I-29/US-71 North
