We are Clay Platte Family Medicine Clinic, PC. and we are the largest medical clinic in Platte County, MO. We are located in the Northland of Kansas City and serve patients across Northwest Missouri and Northeast Kansas.

In 1995, Drs. Ortiz and Granger founded our Clinic with a stethoscope and a dream. Our clinic has grown – thanks to our wonderful patients – to the medical clinic we are today.
